Why is it so hard to decide sometimes? 

.

Is it because you're scared of making the wrong decision? Scared of making a mistake? Or you might feel like its super unsafe to take one of those paths, so staying where you're at would be much safer..
.
But then nothing happens.. You carry on staying at exactly where you are.. Or you take some action just to feel good about yourself and still nothing happens.. Because you avoided taking action on the true path which is not always the easiest one..
.
The truth is you can make decisions within seconds and exactly know that is the true decision. And you don't have to feel good about it to follow through on that.
.
When you feel unsure on what to do next, try these steps:
- Close your eyes, take in a deep breath in.
- Allow your thoughts, fears, uncertainties, whatever they are, to come up. Just observe them as they are, notice them.
- Name them. (Without trying to change them)
- Then imagine they're dissolving away and you're empty of everything, free of everything. You're in pure bliss and love in this moment.
- Ask your question. Make it a yes or no question to start off with. Shall I do this? Yes? And wait. No? And wait. (If you're getting tingles, that means a yes. If you're hearing yes or seeing it, that's obviously a yes☺️. If you're not getting anything, sit with it and try again in few days)

When you do this, you don't even have to go out there and take action on loads of options, you can find out what's the true step for you to take, take that and let the rest unfold. You'll have 10 results with one step rather than 10 steps and one result.

You don't have to know the 10 step plan either, as you make the decision, take the action, the next step will appear. Because life will go, oh hey this person's on something, let's give them some more clues.. ✨
