✨ PATIENCE ✨

Your ability to be patient will determine your success in everything.

This can be the hardest thing to be sometimes, being patient.. Yet it can be so powerful as well.
.
You might feel like after you've taken the step today, you want things to happen tomorrow. I'm usually like this tbh, after I've done the hard work, I go, 'Ok where's the result?' 😃 It doesn't work that way unfortunately.
.
Look at nature. Trees take their time to grow, flowers take their time to blossom. They're not in a rush, they're just going at their natural pace knowing they'll eventually get there.
.
When you plant a seed, that seed actually grows underneath the soil but because you can't see it, you might give up at that point just before the plant starts growing above the soil.
.
Look at a pregnant woman. She grows and carries her baby in her womb for 9 months. That 9 months is necessary for the baby to be healthy and fully ready for the world.
.
Same with your creations, you can't rush the process. You can grow quickly but you can't jump from having 2 clients to 30 clients in one week. You won't be able to manage as effortlessly because you didn't experience what having 10 or 20 clients feel like.
.
Patience is your friend who's telling you to wait and surrender to the process after you've done your part with your absolute best. I love this saying by Eckhart Tolle, "Sometimes surrender means giving up trying to understand and becoming comfortable with not knowing."

So how can you be more patient?
- Look at where you were 2 years ago, look at where you are now. Realise how that time and patience brought that transformation to your life.
- Meditate 10 mins a day. Just close your eyes and repeat any mantra in your head. Om Namah Shivaya is a good one, it builds your self confidence.
- Remind yourself that huge successes weren't achieved overnight. They took time and patience ✨

Sometimes there's nothing to do but being patient, being ok with waiting. And that's absolutely fine, stay with it.
