I did intermittent fasting few months ago for a whole month to give it a real go, and its just not for my body. I get moody when I don't have a breakfast and feel so sluggish after I have that huge first meal of the day.. Having 2 big meals in a day is not for me basically 😃

(Intermittent fasting is when you skip breakfast and eat between 12-8pm, could be amazing for some people)

Now I'm back to my oat, shredded coconut , apple, pomegranate, crushed almond, honey, coconut milk mixture thing I do in the morning ☀️

Always listen to your body, try out different things to see which one feels better for your body 🙌🏼
