We had a breathwork journey last night that was sacred, beautiful and transformative 😍

After last night, I felt grateful to have found breathwork as a tool to take people into their supressed emotions so these emotions can be expressed and released in a safe and loving space ✨
.
Making people feel held where they feel they can be themselves brings me so much joy. I see their eyes shining bright afterwards and I feel that my job is done 😍
.
Thank you Amanda and Aaron for assisting, for your love, presence and support. Thank you everyone who joined us last night for going deep into yourselves. Without you showing up, none of this would happen, grateful for you 🙌🏼
