ππΌ GRATEFUL FOR LIFE ππΌ
I took this video last weekend when we arrived at our accommodation after a long walk into Avesbury.
.
As soon as I entered the room, I heard βJust trust. So much more is coming. We got you.β β¨
.
Writing words from that moment or even better recording yourself or your voice is a great way to capture and remember it. It becames an access point when you rewatch/listen/read it, you can literally go back to that moment. Whichever works for you. I used to write them down, now I find that if my voice is in it, I can feel it more. And to make sure I write them down anyway π
.
I donβt think you can force gratitude. For me, itβs something I feel after hard times, grateful to have gone through that experience, grateful to be coming out from the other side with lessons and grateful to be going into a new chapter β€οΈ
.
Or it doesnβt have to be huge, little things like laying on grass barefoot, feeling the sunshine on my face. Being in nature π I definitely feel grateful to do that in London π
.
Loads of love to you β¨
