Yesterday night 17 courageous men and women journeyed together through breathwork 🔥

It’s an honour to create a space where people:

✨ feel safe to feel and release all emotions

✨ come back to self-compassion
✨ feel they can be anyone and do anything without shame or judgement
✨ release trauma they had since they were a small child
✨ go deeper than they normally do
✨ see the truth of how loved they are
