We held the biggest breathwork journey we ever held last night 😍

I came home and felt so grateful to do them. I took in the life I created. This was a dream. Even 4 years ago I couldn’t imagine doing this. Helping people was something I always wanted to do and I just did it because I loved it. I never thought I could earn money from it.

The 14 year old me would be proud of how far I’ve come. She would look up to me. I do all this for her in a way. To all the 14 year olds in us ❤️
