✨ EXPANSION ✨

Yesterday I went to an incredible movement workshop exploring sensuality, boundaries and vulnerability in relationship with others.

.

There was a part of the exercise we did around leaving the partner we were dancing with whenever we wanted without letting them know we were leaving. I found this super difficult in the beginning. Then when someone left without letting me know in a way that they soaked up all the energy we created in our dance and took it with them, seeing the joy and freedom in their face, it gave me the courage and permission to do the same.

What I loved was, when both sides were free to go whenever they wanted, all the time we had staying with each other was cherished and honoured ❤️

What if we did this in life?
.
Stayed when we wanted to stay and left when we wanted to leave - without feeling the guilt of causing someone suffering or tolerating an experience we didn’t want to have, knowing we can allow ourselves to feel our vulnerability and honour what we need in our sovereignty ✨

This was the altar. I want to share the blessing that was written on this piece of paper as it resonated with me deeply:
