Few days ago, we had our final call in Celebrating You, 7 week online course with 8 women ✨

Some of the stories I was telling myself during the creation and running of this course were:

💫 I haven’t even gone through an online myself, I don’t know how to run one.
💫 Something will happen and I won’t be able to show up on weekly Tuesday calls.
💫 Transformation only happens in 1-1 sessions.

It comes down to a choice whether you believe those or you just acknowledge them and come back to what’s more important - serving from your heart ❤️

Women are beautiful. They’re even more beautiful when they know themselves, they use the tools to come back to their bodies, they connect with their Soul, they open themselves up to receive and they enjoy their lives ✨
.
It can feel uncomfortable and challenging to go into our darkness, face parts of us we might not like, revisit our past to heal it or let go of old stories. It requires courage and vulnerability 💫

I’m deeply grateful for every woman who shows up to do the work on themselves and never take it for granted for women who trust me to guide them 😍

I will run this course again for sure 😉
