✨ BRING LIGHT INTO THE DARKNESS 🌑

I had bought a ticket for Danielle LaPorte’s talk for tonight about a month ago.

I asked my friend Natalie Peire to join me. Then I changed my mind and planned to have dinner with two of my friends instead. That plan fall away and I thought, “Oh great, I’ll have an early night for once.” 😃
.
Right after the dinner being cancelled, Natalie messaged telling me she can make it to the talk 😍 I told her, “Wow, there’s no point in planning my life, my life gets planned for me.” 🤗
.
The talk was heart opening in many ways. I cried and remembered things I forgot. Danielle LaPorte is a beautiful Soul that had gone through suffering which softened and made her even more beautiful.

Here are few of my takeaways 👇🏼

✨ You don’t have to feel confident or worthy to manifest what you want. You just have to see it, feel it and show up.
.
✨ Gratitude is medicine. It brings you here to the present moment.
.
✨ Anything that is pain is not the truth. Offer it up to God. In order to do that, you have to believe something higher than you. Pain ends when you give it up.
.
✨ Spiritual adulthood is you learning how to parent yourself, giving yourself what you need.
.
✨ Being reflective is like yoga for the spirit. This is why meditation is so important. Find a form if stillness that works for you, otherwise you’re fucked. 🤣
.
✨ Honour your deep sensitivity. It’s your greatest strength.
.
✨ When you go through pain and suffering, you soften. Your defenses lower down and you become gentler.
.
✨ When you unite in sex, merging hearts, you’re not only healing one another but you’re raising the vibrational field around you too.
.
✨ Courage is the blossom that opens in the snow. It requires fragility and vulnerability.
.
✨ When you go through the Dark Knight of the Soul, your Ego dismantles. Be grateful for the opportunity to be the light in the dark. You illuminate brighter and stronger than ever. You’re not the same person before.

✨ Slow down if you need to but don’t ever stop 🤗
