I held a breathwork journey on the first night and a final one on the last day. It was the first time I facilitated breathwork in a sitting position facing each other looking into one another’s eyes as you breathe 😍❤️ so intimate, loving & healing.. I was teary myself half the time 😂

Gina held empowering & practical intuitive coaching sessions in a hilarious and fun way she naturally is alongside Rachael Welford holding a super deep gong bath & letting go ritual, Vic's Kitchen cooking amazing food which she does for workshops & retreats, Jitka Janakieva offering essential oils & treats for the participants that are all about nourishing.

There were many moments I could feel the women’s hearts. I could see and honour them as I allowed myself to be seen & honoured as well. I feel so grateful to be able to do this work that I love.
