Yesterday evening we held a breathwork journey for 23 people ❤️

Thank you for everyone who joined with their open and courageous hearts. It was so beautiful to be with you all yesterday. I’m grateful to see how half the people now are regulars which creates such a loving and connected community 😍

I love people so much. I just want to love people really. I truly believe when you love someone as they are, they become more of themselves. Go and love someone as they are, support them, love them, believe in them and see them blossom into their greatness ✨
