✨ WHAT STORY ARE YOU TELLING YOURSELF? ✨
Yesterday I had a session with my coach and this question is something she always asks me when I go into my Ego. I use it in my coaching sessions as well as asking myself to change my perception and see the truth.

Yesterday I had a new sense of appreciation for it. So I wanted to share these steps with you 😘

When you are triggered, feeling anxious, angry etc, ask yourself 👇🏼
.
✨ What story am I telling myself? ✨
.
For example you’re talking to someone and they’re not listening to you. You’re repeating yourself. The story you’re telling yourself could be:
- I’m not heard.
- I’m unimportant.
- I don’t matter.
.
Then go, ok that’s the story. Then, ask:
- Is that true?
- What’s the truth?
- What story could I tell myself that will serve me?
.
The first story you were telling yourself wasn’t serving you. You might as well replace the story with another one that will serve you. Such as:
- The person infront of me is just not present, nothing to do with me.
- They’re in their Ego and their patterns are playing out.

SO 4 STEPS:
✨ What story am I telling myself?
✨ Is that true?
✨ What’s the truth?
✨ Follow that and chill out 💁🏽♀️❤️

It’s all about catching yourself in the moment and bringing yourself back to alignment as quick as you can, this is ownership of your life and mastery of your awareness 🔥
