I had a lovely chilled day today, layed in bed, did bit of work, then went to a talk by Gahl Sasson.

In the evening, I met up with Aaron Le Conte , Duke Sayer and met Luyana, Duke’s daughter, for the first time after years of hearing about her 😍

I feel so grateful to know these two guys, I learnt from both of them, we cried and laughed together. They both know me way too well and I feel blessed to have them as close friends ❤️

3 years ago, we all went to Noisily festival into a full on adventure. Since then, Duke created and expanded his healing modality EH which I learnt from him and use aspects of it in my sessions.

I’m assisting Duke at his event on the 26th, Reconnecting with Love. Its a day of experiential event, all about allowing love and abundance into all areas of your life. It’s going to be incredible, come join us ❤️
