We had a breathwork journey last night with 50 people! ๐
What a great energy it had. Thank you for those of you joined us yesterday. Youโre all amazing! ๐ฅ

When we are isolated, it can be very easy to feel lonely, seperate, fearful, angry, powerless etc. There arenโt as many distractions to avoid feeling as much as we had. No fast pace or filling up our time from feeling what we might not have allowed ourselves to feel from the past.

This is a time to really take care of yourself, checking in with all parts of you on a regular basis - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual ๐๐ผ
.
Whatever it is that fills you up and brings you back home to yourself - yoga, workout, dance, breathwork, writing, reading, a Zoom call with friends, a bath, sitting in the sun, doing a puzzle (I started one yesterday, loving it ๐งฉ) - go do that.

Rather than using the tools as an escape, use them to connect with yourself deeper ๐ซ

If youโve been feeling like youโre having a hard time, welcome it, feel it all, breathe through it and let it all go. Itโs there to be felt and to be released. It has power over you as much as the meaning you give it. Let the meaning go and feel the emotion. Breathwork is a great way to do that โจ
