😩 VICTIM VS CREATOR 😎

In every moment you can choose to operate from a victim energy or a creator energy.

VICTIM energy is where:
.💫 You give your power away to the outside circumstances.💫 You create excuses why not to show up.💫 You put preconditions in place - “When X happens, then I’ll be happy.”
.
The focus of the VICTIM energy is on your Ego and the current reality. It doesn’t see past what’s happening right now. That’s all that there ever is for the victim in you.
.
On the other hand, you have the creator in you 🔥
.
CREATOR energy is where:
.⭐️ You know what to do.⭐️ You are not waiting the outside world to change for you to show up.⭐️ You take responsibility and ownership for your reality. No one to blame.⭐️ You stay in the vision of what your heart wants, not the conditions that need to exist first.
.
The focus of the CREATOR energy is on your soul and vision. It’s where you allow shit to be there and still go for what you want. You stay focused on the vision.
.
.
There’s an experience. Then there’s the meaning you make up about the experience.
.
They are two very different things.
.
For example, there is the reality of being rejected. Then there’s the meaning the victim in you makes up about that such as - there’s nothing worth loving about you.
.
The victim in you goes onto making a meaning about it. The creator in you acknowledges the reality, without creating a story around it, it lets it go.
.
The longer you can delay the space between the experience and the meaning, the freer you will be.
.
In that space, you can make a new choice 🎉
.
.
Here’s how you shift from victim energy to the creator energy:
.
- Close your eyes.
- Take 3 deep breaths.
- Notice what the victim in you is telling you. Notice your thoughts and feelings.
- Acknowledge that, just see it for what it is.
- Imagine a golden ball of light above your head shining bright. This is your creator energy. As it descends onto your head, you become one with it. You step into your creator energy.
- Observe the situation from this place. What’s true to do? What would you love?
- Act on that 🤗

Don’t wait until things to go down to try this. Give it a go when you’re feeling good and grounded. Then when things go downhill, you can do this having practiced it.
.
You won’t workout just to loose weight. It’s great if you workout regularly anyway to be fit, be healthy and to have a clear mind. It’s similar to that ✨
.
As you practice, momentum will start to build and it will give enough evidences to your Ego that it works.
.
The odds could be against you. That doesn’t matter. What matters is how important you make that and who you let to be in the driving seat🔥
