Having people you love around you is everything 😍🙏🏼

I had such a beautiful, heartfelt, fun day full of love, connection and joy 💛

I went dancing in the morning with ecstatic dance crew, met people and caught up with old friends.
.
Nearly passed out from the sun but was ok in the end 😄
.
Then we all walked along the canal with friends, went eating, chilled and connected 🙏🏼
.

You set the intention and give yourself more of what brings you joy 💫

That will often lead you to meet people who you vibe with 😍

I’m blessed to be part of maybe 5-6 communities in total. They all nourish and feed a different side of me.

For example, I got into 5rhythms dance, through searching contemporary dance on Meetup.
.
I found ecstatic dance then that led me to 5rhythms. From there so much more opened up for more and continues to do so 🙏🏼
.
Every time I’m on the dancefloor, no matter where it is, I’m home ❤️
.
It all started with me going - this is what I want in my life. This is what I say yes to 💫
