⚪️ GOOD AND BAD ⚫️

I just held our monthly group call with my coaching clients.

.

We do a masterclass every month going into a topic to support their journey of becoming more of who they truly are ❤️
.
Today we looked at GOOD AND BAD.
.
What was GOOD and what was BAD when we were little? What conditions were GOOD/BAD? And what were the consequences?
.
For example, when you were BAD, there could be:✨ Withdrawal of love✨ Abandonment (physical or emotional)✨ Punishment
.
Now as a little kid, you want to avoid that situation. Your survival depends on the love from your parents or caregivers.
.
On the other side, when you were GOOD, there could be:✨ Reward (gift or food)✨ Approval and validation✨ Nothing, as that should be a given
.
Any BAD you don’t allow yourself to go into becomes your shadow which are the parts of you, you don’t ACCEPT, ACKNOWLEDGE OR LOVE.
.
You spend a lot of energy supressing it and you don’t allow yourself to be the whole of who you are.
.
As humans, we’re not one sided. We have sooo many aspects to us 🔥
.
.
So how do you get out of the cycle of judging everything as GOOD and BAD?
.
Follow these steps:
.
- Acknowledge you’re doing it. Notice when you define something or someone as BAD or GOOD, notice your instant reaction
- Close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths.
- Imagine yourself rising above the GOOD BAD situation, almost seeing it from a higher perspective and ask:
- What’s my truth NOW?
- Follow that.
.
.
You’re not a little boy/girl anymore.
You’re a grown adult.
You’re a sovereign being.
You can let go of any conditions you had when you were little.
.
You can choose to live by the rules that serve your true nature.
.
Now you can create YOUR OWN TRUTH ❤️
.
