Often when we feel stuck, rigid or just generally uninspired, it can be that we have been spending a lot of time in our doing masculine energy.

Regardless of your gender, here are few practical, non-bullshit ideas in how you can connect with your feminine nature:

Spend half an hour in nature without your phone. Or have your phone but turn it off.

Walk amongst trees or watch a river, pond.

When we spend time in nature without any distractions, we remember who we are.

Grab a pillow and close your eyes. Put a 5 minutes timer on.

Allow your hands to go wherever they want to go. Maybe you’ll notice the edges, corners first.

Whether it’s painting, drawing, making jewelleries, walking in nature collecting things to create a collage, pick yo thing.
