✨💛 HOW DO YOU LET SOMEONE GO WHEN THERE’S SO MUCH LOVE? 💛✨
As humanbeings, we’re complex and are always changing.
.
I really believe letting go is one of the most important skills you can have.
.
You might hold onto an image people have of you, not really exploring all shades of your essence, afraid of breaking that facade.
.
An older version of you might no longer serving you anymore but not knowing what’s on the other side, you might still hold onto it.
.
When it comes to intimate relationships, some end because there was a betrayal of trust or something abrupt or definite like that happened.
.
I find these are easier to let go. They can be still painful but there are solid obvious reasons to let go and move on.
.
Then there are other relationships that just end their cycle and it is true to let it go.
.
They transform you. They give you a lesson and then they’re complete.
.
.
Now what do you do if there’s still so much love?
.
It can be even more challenging if it was the deepest, most intimate and loving relationship that you ever created.
.
You might feel guilty or not wanting to hurt that person. You might feel fear and mistrust around how to create this kind of relationship again.
.
Any action you take out of fearing something, will create the exact thing you fear.
.
It’s inevitable, the action is coming from fear not truth or love.
.
Love is honest and true. Love tells the truth no matter how painful it is.
.
Following the truth serves everyone’s highest good even when it doesn’t feel like it in the moment.
.
I really struggled to let my ex go.
.
We knew the truth deep down and tried to go around it until we couldn’t avoid it anymore.
.
I’m proud of that version of me who followed the truth. It was hard as hell and took 10 months to finally let go.
.
.
The part of you that wants to hold on is not love. It’s the part of you that doesn’t trust life or yourself.
.
It’s the not knowing and wanting to know.
.
It’s the safety and control.
.
There’s also another part of you that trusts and surrenders. That’s where the magic is. That’s where the allowing and receiving is 💫
.
.
So how do you let someone go when there’s so much love?
.
Just like dropping a pen, you stop holding on.
.
You follow what’s true and you feel it all as you do. You keep your heart open and let love in more and more.
.
You let go and surrender ✨
.
Last year, I wrote about how unconditional love sets you free.

.
And where does the love go?
.
The love never goes away, it only deepens.
.
That is unconditional love 🤗
.
Love you 💛
