😴 ALLOW YOURSELF TO REST 😴

This morning, I dropped in my heart and asked what I’d love to do during this holiday in Turkey.

.

I got - REST and JUST BE 💫
.
I had coaching sessions booked with my regular clients. I got to reschedule them for after I come back.
.
Now, my Ego didn’t like that at all.
.
I don’t like letting people down and it’s through practice of following and sharing truth, now I can be comfortable with making last minute changes in my life.
.
My Ego was telling me:
.🙏🏼 You have to work hard and make it happen. Otherwise it won’t happen.🙏🏼 You’re breaking people’s trust.🙏🏼 You can’t trust life to hold you.
.
.
On the other hand, my heart was telling me:
.✨ You’re always there for your clients and they know this.✨ You basically haven’t stopped since January. You need a f*cking holiday.✨ You’re giving yourself what you need.
.
.
Turns out, it worked better for nearly all my clients.
.
Another reminder of when you follow your truth, it works out for everyone involved (even though sometimes it might not seem like it in the beginning) 🙏🏼
.
After that, I went to the Turkish spa (omg the scrub 🧼) and got a massage.
.
When I checked my phone after I left, I saw that I received a payment I was waiting for since March and a new inquiry for 1-1 breathwork session.
.
This happens every single time I rest like a pro.
.
And yet I still struggle to trust and rest.
.
Why?
.
Because I have an Ego like everyone else which loves fighting and being stubborn 😄
.
So I love it, I listen to it and make the choice to act from what I would love - my truth.
.
This is what I teach my clients too - to make this conscious choice on a daily basis 🤘🏼
.
.
The whole thing reminded me once again:
.✨ Working more doesn’t lead to more returns. Resting when you want does ✨
.
.
This is not to say, don’t do anything and just sit around farting.
.👉🏼 Take the necessary action, then RECEIVE.
.
Rest, be, do something else you love and then allow the universe to deliver back to you 🤗
.
