I wrote about this a while ago but I feel like writing about it again 🙌🏼

It's easy to prioritise getting stuff done and putting having fun to the second plan. You might feel like fun is something you do extra with your spare time. Things aren't that easy, life is hard and there's no time for fun.

But actually, you can do things in a playful way. Working on yourself, growing, going for your vision, healing, these things don't have to be serious. That's just a way, but not the only way. It can be light, easy and fun. If you decide its hard and intense, it will be hard and intense. When you choose it to be easy and fun, it will be that..

If you're a mum, you might go, yeah but I don't have time for fun. Being mum is a serious thing. I'm not a mum but I'm working with a woman who has 3 kids. She was tellling me the other morning they all had to go to the supermarket. Rather than telling them to get ready and getting angry, she turned it into a game of who will get ready the quickest. She has never seen them get ready that fast before 😃

You're doing the same thing but adding bit of fun, game, joy into it. By embodying that playfulness, you become a living demonstration to those who don't agree with you. You show it by being you ✨

Here are some suggestions how you can add a bit more playfulness and lightness into your life:
- 5 mins dance every day moving your body weird and silly ways without thinking
- Actively seek the moments where you can be playful. When you feel joy do a silly dance 💁🏽
- When things feel hard and like a struggle, decide its easy and it will be easy
- Turn tasks into a game and reward yourself when you complete them

As you are being playful, enjoying your happiness, you'll see that your happiness will spread to people around you too.
