This morning, I did breathwork on myself. It’s a powerful way to release any blocks, any stuck emotions in the body using breath, sound and movement. For me today, sadness and anger came up. All you do is you allow the emotion to be there. You feel it and when it’s felt fully, it’s literally gone. Emotions just want to be felt in a safe space
.
I always feel a lot more calmer, grounded, freer and in my body after doing breathwork. Feeling like its safe to be in my body and I can trust it, it knows what its doing ❤️

So those monthly breathwork sessions are a safe space for you to do exactly that, feel any emotions whatever is coming up for you, knowing you won’t be shamed or judged for feeling those emotions, all is welcome.
