I created an altar tonight for the 5rhythms class I regularly go to 😍

It had a note saying ‘please touch the crystals’. I always find it annoying when you go somewhere and you’re not meant to touch anything 😃 TOUCH ALL THE CRYSTALS!

I’m grateful for this space where I can come and be with whatever emotion is present in me that day. I’m grateful that I can feel it and move through it allowing it to become something else. It was beautiful to offer an altar back for this space and to the beautiful people dancing there 🌺
