I took these beautiful dried flowers to a women’s gathering for the new moon tonight 🌕

They were initially given to me on my birthday. I love how an ending could be a beginning of something new. Nothing really dies, only transforms. When you let go, you allow that change to take place.

It’s powerful when women gather, slow down, share, connect with themselves, with each other and nature. It’s empowering, coming home to ourselves inside while feeling connected with the outside.

I’d like to share a simple ritual with you ✨

✨ Hold an object in your hands. It could be dried flowers, a stone, feather, whatever you like.
✨Close your eyes. Imagine your awareness dropping into your chest. Drop into your heart. It doesn’t have to feel magical. Just tell yourself, “I’m in my heart now.”
✨ Ask your heart, “What would I love to create?” “What do I desire to receive?”
✨ As you imagine that, pour all that energy into your object.
✨ Put the object somewhere where you can see, so you connect with what you desire every time you see it 😍
