I’m on my period day 1.
I gave a breathwork class today, chilled there forever and now I’m on my way back home to bed right now. I cancelled everything.

I’d love to rest 1-3 days on my period. Often I do, but life doesn’t always align to your plans like that. So you work with what you have. It’s not about stressing yourself out over being in tune with your body perfectly all the time. That doesn’t exist. But more so, listening to your body, looking at the reality and adjusting as much as you can.

Painkiller might be something you prefer not to use. When you need to pack your bags and go on a plane, you might need to take that painkiller. That’s ok. Don’t beat yourself up for it. I did that once and I took painkiller today too. But I know it’s a very rare occasion.

I eat KFC once in a while, I love chocolate and I drink occasionally. I eat everything depending on what my body needs. I definitely have a weakness towards the Leibniz biscuit chocolate 😍

There’s no right way to go about living your life consciously. It’s about balance and choosing what serves you the best. So don’t beat yourself up and come back to balance the next day ❤️
