The train was leaving at 14:40. I got on at 14:36, Lauren at 14:39 😂 We made it!

Resistance will always come up in many ways when you follow what’s true to you, especially if it’s close to your heart.

For me, I know it comes up as being late, distractions, excuses, making it harder than it is, loosing things and many more I’m always excited to discover 😂

So notice how your resistance comes up. We all have them.

It’s about acknowledging the resistance and coming back to your end result and keep focusing on that ✨
