Tonight I had a dance which was out of this world. 

.

It was the Sweaty Thursdays 5rhythms class I go to in a beautiful church. No choreography, no rules, just free flow dancing with 100 people 💃🏽
.
It started off with 5, then 6 women in a circle, dancing together. It felt so connected and ancient. Then it was 7 of us. We were dancing holding hands with so much love and support. There was no competition or jealousy, only loving and supporting one another like how it’s meant to be. We literally didn’t let go of our hands for a long while 😃
.
One by one all the women went to dance in the middle while the rest of us witnessed and loved her, it was just so beautiful. Stephanie Aitken, Kyle Reeves, Selina, Linda and another sister, thank you for this deep healing experience 😍
.
Then few other women joined us. Men also joined us. It grew and grew. It felt so tribal and connected. Everyone who was dancing there were so raw and real. I felt so raw and real in my dance.
.
At this point, time didn’t exist for me. I was feeling tingles constantly running through my body. It was an experience that was out of this world.
.
It was the most connected, truest, deepest and powerful 5rhythms dance I ever had 🔥 I felt that feeling of oneness, feeling connected to everyone in the space. For this, I feel so grateful 🙏🏼
.
In the end, brought all that love to myself and my body, I breathed all of it into my heart. “This is where you came from, this is where you will go.” said my heart.
