Feeling grateful to have assisted my friend Duke Sayer ‘s event yesterday Reconnecting to Love with his beautiful team ❤️

It’s such an honour to see where Duke took his healing modality - experiential healing in 3 years, from 1-1 sessions to a huge community where he trains coaches in the modality and runs events being his most honest, real, hilarious self making his point with memes 😍

I met wonderful people, assisted holding space in breathwork with live music (omg!), gave and received soo many hugs.
