It was very beautiful to see women give themselves this time, to release, let go and relax 🙌🏼

I got reminded today that eveything we need is already within us. There is no need to go outside looking for something you feel you’re lacking.

The lack you feel is the very thing that keeps you seperate from what you’re seeking whether it’s a thing or how you want to feel.

It’s about awakening not seeking. You have it all and you’re all of what you wish to be ❤️
