I’m filled with so much love right now 😍
We just held a breathwork journey and I’m sitting in the uber with 21 mats feeling so grateful, so happy, so alive.

The room literally turns into a love bubble. Its just so beautiful to experience it whether you’re joining or holding space 🙌🏼

This is so healing, to go into emotions, feel them fully, then let go. To have a space where all of you is held and loved. I feel the change that takes place ripples out into others and eventually changes the world. One journey at a time 🤗

I also let go of part of me who wanted to control by having my notes infront of me even after doing this for 3 years. And I got reminded by one of our lovely regulars something I forgot 😂

My heart is so full and I have a big smile in my face ❤️
