I found something called your Chronotype created by Michael Breus which gives you information about your sleep patterns.

Not a very fortunate name 😄

This is important to know so you’re not forcing yourself to live a certain way when that’s not your natural rhythm. You know the times that works best for you to sleep, wake up, eat, chill etc.

You probably have heard of early birds and night owls. It’s like that.
.
Here are the types 👇🏼
.
.LION - They are early morning risers (5am) with lots of energy in the morning. They tend to make a plan and stick to it and go to bed early.
.🐗 BEAR - They are the most common ones and tend to be social extroverts. They wake up at a decent morning time and breakfast tend to be their favourite meal of the day.
.🐬 DOLPHIN - They’re similar to lions in their way of planning. They struggle to sleep having insomnia often and they have more energy in the evening.
.🐺 WOLF - They are late night creatives and think out of the box. They can be socially introverted and have lots of energy in the evening.

I did this test and got LION. The next day I went, “Cool I’ll get up at 5:30am to give it a go.” Big mistake.
.
I went to bed early, got up at 5:30am. I absolutely hated myself and everything. I felt absolutely shit 💩
.
I decided to do the test again and this time got BEAR.
.
My Ego always tries too hard in the beginning to perform well then I naturally find my own rhythm which is often slower and more chilled 😄

This is great to know to structure your day but also bare in mind not to lock yourself up to this obviously.
