I just had bit of a cry and it taught me something.

I was remembering a time I had two years ago and missing the safety of it. I was still expanding, growing, but in a way I could control and keep things small.

In the last 2 months, my life has been expanding in a way I would never have imagined.
.
Then I saw how that happened and the cry was about this:
.
If you have a dream you’d love to create, you can’t go towards it with a limited sense of self. Your highest potential needs to run the show.
.
You gotta let go of the attachment to that older version of you, older ways you used to get what you want and step into your full power where everything will emerge from 🔥
.
It’s about having an all in or nothing attitude. You can’t kinda step into your higher self and still try to keep yourself small 😂
.
Breathwork has been transformational in my journey of being where I am today. It was a space of constant death and rebirth. And I love holding that transformation for people, geniunely love it with all my heart ❤️
